Positions Vacant – Waste Auditors in Tweed area
MRA Consulting Group is seeking casual waste auditors to join a new team for a project across the Tweed Heads, Lismore & Far North Coast area.
The position
To join and support our growing team, we are looking for Environmental/Waste Auditors for a number of projects across the Tweed area starting November 2023. Candidates should have a genuine interest in the waste and recycling industry in Australia.
Mandatory requirement vaccination for Hepatitis A + B and Tetanus and 3x Covid-19 vaccination. You will have to provide proof prior to commencing work.
We are seeking auditors who live close to the respective locations or have reliable transport. No mileage/fuel allowances.
Key capacities and skills
- Right to work in Australia with no restrictions and valid for the duration of the project
- Immunisation record for Hepatitis A + B and Tetanus, 3x Covid-19 jab (mandatory)
- WHS & OHS awareness
- High tolerance for handling contaminated materials and strong odours
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Appropriate PPE, including steel-capped boots and appropriate work clothes
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work autonomously
- Immediate availability to complete project and WHS training
Desirable
- Hold a valid Drivers’ licence (Class C)
- Reliable transport to and from site
