Council Litter Grants

The NSW EPA has released its third round of Council Litter Grants under the $465.7 million NSW Government Waste Less Recycle More program (WLRM).

The new grants provide a one off opportunity to NSW local councils to deliver litter prevention projects. The new grant funding is summarised below:

Council Litter Grants	Individual NSW Councils	Complete litter assessment(s) using the EPA Local Litter Check Tool Be conducted on public lands Include internal and/or external partnerships Include the four key pillars of: education (using EPA Hey Tosser materials), enforcement, infrastructure and evaluation	$25k – $125k to fund up to 100% of project costs	Friday 8^th April 2016
