Waste Sector M&A seminar
The Victorian Waste Management Association (VWMA), ANZ, Russell Kennedy and MRA Consulting Group are delighted to announce our upcoming Waste Sector Mergers & Acquisitions seminar.
The waste industry is evolving fast – regulatory shifts, financial pressures, and consolidation are reshaping the landscape. In this seminar, we will discuss the unique industry and sector drivers of mergers, business sales and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, financing strategies, and the impact of recent regulatory changes under the Circular Economy Act and Environment Protection Act in Victoria as critical success factors.
