Love Food Hate Waste grants program
The NSW EPA has released its fourth round of Love Food Hate Waste grants (LFHW) under the $465.7 million NSW Government Waste Less Recycle More initiative (WLRM).
The new grants provide a one off opportunity to deliver behaviour change projects that help households and businesses reduce the amount of edible food they waste. The new grant funding is summarised below:

Love Food Hate Waste | Community groups, councils, groups of councils, NGOs and not for profit organisations. | Focus on one of the following target group: young consumers, high income households, families with young children and/or small to medium enterprises in the food sector.
Target at least one of the following behavioural changes: meal planning, shopping to a list, checking stock, buying only the food you need, checking use-by and best-before dates, storing food correctly, measuring serving sizes and using leftovers. |
Up to $70,000 in matched funding (cash or in-kind) | Tuesday 14 June 2016 |
